TINJAUAN YURIDIS TENTANG PERCOBAAN TINDAK PIDANA PERDAGANGAN ANAK DALAM BENTUK SEKSUAL (Suatu Studi Di Polres Konawe)
Abstract
The objectives of the study were: 1). To determine the factors causing the occurrence of child trafficking in sexual form. 2). To determine efforts to overcome child trafficking in sexual form. This study was conducted in Konawe Regency, precisely at the Konawe Police, using the type of research, namely empirical normative. The data collection methods used were document studies, field surveys and interviews using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen: 1). The factors causing the occurrence of child trafficking in sexual form in Konawe Regency, namely the crime of child trafficking in sexual form that occurs every year is motivated by, among others, prestige among women, economic problems, unavailability of jobs, changes in development orientation from agriculture to industry and prolonged economic crisis, socio-cultural background and gender inequality, and other issues concerning family interests. 2). Efforts to overcome the occurrence of child trafficking in sexual form in Konawe Regency, namely the poverty eradication movement, opening up employment opportunities, improving education, equalizing the status of men and women, enforcing legal awareness and specifically instilling moral values in every person must be carried out continuously so that human trafficking practices can be avoided or at least minimized.
