TINDAK PIDANA PENCABULAN (Suatu Tinjauan Kriminologi)

Abstract

The research aims (1) to find out and explain the legal protection to overcome the crime of sexual abuse in Kendari City (2.) To find out the factors that cause the crime of sexual abuse in the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. The research will be conducted in Kendari City, in carrying out the research process, the researcher conducted it at the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police in the General Criminal Investigation Directorate. The results of the study (1) Factors that can increase and influence the occurrence of sexual abuse in Kendari City, namely: low education and economic factors, environmental or residential factors, alcoholic beverage factors, technology factors and victim role factors in the realm of criminology etiology can be categorized in a theory that is not oriented towards social class. (2.) In overcoming the crime of sexual abuse in Kendari City, the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police has enforced the law well. The methods or efforts to overcome it are preventive efforts by conducting routine patrols/raids and legal counseling for the community assisted by related institutions, namely: Bapas, and the Kendari City Government and the Police.
