TANGGUNG JAWAB ASISTEN DOKTER DALAM PELAYANAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP PASIEN DI RUMAH SAKIT (Suatu Studi di Rumah Sakit Korem Dr. R. Ismoyo Kendari)

Abstract

1) To know and understand the responsibilities of the Physician Assistant in providing health services to patients. 2) To know and understand the legal relationship between the Physician Assistant and the Doctor and the Hospital. The research location was carried out at the Dr. R Ismoyo Kendari Korem Hospital, Abunawas Kendari Hospital, Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital and Haluoleo University. Considering that most professional education students, in this case doctors, carry out their learning activities in hospitals spread across the Kendari City area, making it easier to conduct research and collect data. From various primary and secondary data obtained, they were studied and analyzed and sorted based on qualitative analysis in order to obtain maximum results where data obtained from various respondents and other sources will be studied and described by explaining and analyzing the overall results of the research which in this case relates to the object of writing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the responsibility of the Physician Assistant (Co-Ass) in providing health services to patients depends on the error, namely if the error is made by the Physician Assistant (Co-Ass) without any order or delegation of authority to provide health services from the Doctor, then of course the one responsible is the Physician Assistant (Co-Ass) himself, but if the error occurs as a result of an order or delegation of authority from the supervising doctor, then of course the one responsible is the supervising doctor who ordered the Physician Assistant (Co-Ass), 2) That the legal relationship between the physician assistant and the doctor and the hospital is that both the doctor as a specialist doctor and a general practitioner who is also a resident does not provide a special agreement or further agreement to the Physician Assistant (Co-Ass) related to the services carried out in the hospital. The legal relationship between the Physician Assistant (Co-Ass) and the hospital is that in order to practice medicine in the hospital, they must have a bachelor's degree as an absolute requirement given by the hospital.
