This study aims to: 1. To find out To find out what form of legal protection is provided for perpetrators of criminal acts who are victims of mass persecution. 2. To find out what factors are obstacles in handling perpetrators of criminal acts who are victims of mass persecution. With data collection techniques: The author has attempted to collect data in order to complete the perfection of the discussion of this thesis, where the author uses the following research methods: 1. Decision Research Method (library Research) This method is carried out by reading several literatures in the form of scientific books, laws and regulations and scientific theoretical sources related to the law of sale and purchase with the release of land rights and compensation. 2. Field Research Method The field research method is by conducting direct research in the field. Based on the results of this study, it is known that 1. Forms of Legal Protection for Criminal Acts Who Are Victims of Mob Abuse are the Provision of Treatment and Care, Provision of Compensation and Information Regarding the Progress of the Case. The Provision of Treatment and Care is carried out by the perpetrators of mob violence who admit their actions to the police and pay a number of treatment costs. The Provision of Compensation is carried out by the perpetrators of mob violence by admitting their mistakes and making an agreement with the victim. Information Regarding the Progress of the Case can be carried out if the police process and consider the report from the victim. 2. Inhibiting Factors in providing legal protection for perpetrators of criminal acts who are victims of mob violence are the absence of peace efforts from the perpetrators and victims, the victim does not report to law enforcement, the perpetrator refuses to compensate for losses and obstructs the legal process.
