TINJAUAN KRIMINOLOGIS KELALAIAN PENGGUNAAN SENJATA API OLEH APARAT KEPOLISIAN (Studi Di Polda Sultra)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the form of accountability for the negligence of the use of firearms by the police and to determine the factors causing the negligence of the use of firearms by the police when viewed from a criminological perspective. The research conducted was field research, namely the researcher went directly to the research location to collect data by conducting interviews with the authorities and the community, in addition, this study also used a library research method, namely reviewing various reading materials / books related to the title of the research in question. The results of the research conducted by the author found the fact that the function of processing the crime scene in the investigation is to determine whether the incident suspected of being a criminal act is a criminal act or not, to search for and collect evidence at the scene of the crime for the benefit of further investigation, and to clarify who the perpetrator of the crime that occurred. These functions show how important the processing of the crime scene is in the investigation because it will help facilitate the process of investigating a crime.
