FAKTOR PENYEBAB TERJADINYA PELANGGARAN PENJUALAN MIRAS TRADISIONAL DI KOTA KENDARI (Suatu Studi di Polres Kendari)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1) To determine and analyze the factors causing the occurrence of Violations of the sale of traditional liquor in Abeli Village, Kendari City, 2) To determine and analyze the efforts made by the police to avoid violations of the sale of traditional liquor and the application of sanctions to the main perpetrators. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) The factors causing the occurrence of Violations of the sale of traditional liquor in Abeli Village, Kendari City, the jurisdiction of the Abeli Police are hereditary habits, this is caused by the condition of the community dominated by construction workers, farm workers, dock workers, and wage workers, because of fatigue from work they use traditional drinks as a means of quenching thirst, 2) The efforts made by the police in overcoming violations of the sale of traditional liquor are: a. Legal efforts with a Preventive approach, providing legal counseling on the dangers of traditional liquor if consumed on a large scale can cause the loss of positive thoughts and can cause unrest in society and/or in the family. b. Legal efforts with a repressive approach, these steps are intended to prevent crime and ongoing body damage.
