FASILITAS KERJA DAN KINERJA APARAT PADA KANTOR CAMAT PALANGGA KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN

Abstract

The General Purpose of the Research is to examine how the facilities work in relation to the performance of the apparatus, with specific objectives is to determine the factors supporting the improvement of the performance of the apparatus at the Palangga District Head Office in Konawe Selatan Regency. The research method is qualitative descriptive, and the results of the study indicate that; (1) Availability of work facilities in the form of work space availability shows that it can support performance; (2) The type of work facilities in the form of administrative equipment, the level of availability still needs to be greatly improved. (3) Supporting factors for the level of performance, because employees still accept the state of work facility optimization
